Do you make your own luggage tags?
Absolutely. All of our metal and leather luggage tags are crafted entirely in-house at our London studio. From design and cutting to curing and printing, each tag is meticulously handcrafted and personalised with your details.
How long does it take to make and ship a luggage tag?
Every tag is hand-printed and carefully crafted with your personalised details, so we don’t rush the process. Handmade luggage tags typically take 4–6 business days to cut, cure, and create, and are shipped as soon as they’re ready. Delivery times vary by destination: most UK orders arrive within 2 days, while international orders usually take 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Each piece is made with care — and a little love — making it well worth the wait.
How do I add my personalised details?
You can personalise the reverse of your luggage tag with your name, address, telephone number, or other details — up to 5 lines of text. You don’t need to use all 5 lines, but at least 1 line is required.
If you prefer no personalisation, simply enter something on line 1 and leave a note at checkout to either leave the reverse blank or repeat the front design on the back.
Can I rush my shipping? I need it ASAP.
Unfortunately, our handmade process cannot be expedited. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests wherever possible—please contact us to discuss your order and requirements.
