Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
- Standard ceramic printed mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
- Heat-changing mugs should be hand-washed only and are not microwave safe.
- Bone china mugs are delicate and should ideally be hand-washed to preserve their quality, but they are microwave safe. For dishwasher use, we recommend keeping the temperature below 30°C.
Do you print your mugs in-house?
Yep! Every mug is lovingly hand-printed in our London studio. Dye sublimation magic ensures your coffee looks as good as it tastes.
How long does it take to print and ship a photo mug?
Good things take time—and our mugs are no exception! Each one is hand-printed with care in our London studio, taking 3–5 business days to create. UK orders usually arrive in just 2 days, while international deliveries take 7–10 business days.
Every mug comes with a little love (and a lot of coffee-ready charm), so the wait is worth it!
How do magic (heat-changing) mugs work?
When cool, the mug is black. Pour in a hot drink, and your design appears. As it cools, it fades back to black.
